CFO South Africa recently hosted the CFO Awards 2016 – a glittering black tie event attended by SA’s finance elite.
The awards, along with a Masterclass & six Round Table discussions held prior to the evening event, saw guests enjoying an exclusive afternoon and evening with entertainment from the likes of Swing City as well as delicious, decadent food from #HotCaterers.
As event organiser, The Lime Envelope helped bring a touch of the Oscars to SA’s finance community.
The really Awesome gaming expo (rAge) made its first appearance in Cape Town in March 2016.
An intensive PR campaign across social media, print, online and broadcast media supported the event – resulting in over 39 million rands worth of coverage with 210 media pre-accredited for the event.
According to Michael James, Owner and Senior Project Manager of rAge, “I was really pleased with the high level of enthusiasm and excitement with which rAge Cape Town was received. I’m extremely happy with the turnout, especially for an inaugural expo and LAN. On the 18th October 2015 Cinemark hosted the Cannes Lions VIP Winners Reel Screening at the luxurious Villa Cannes in Camps Bay.
Guests enjoyed an exclusive evening of canapes & cocktails watching the sunset over Camps Bay. Afterwards they attended a jurist panel discussion and the screening of the 2015 winners reel which showcased winning work from the recent festival held in June.
On the 17th September 2015 Cinemark hosted the Cannes Lions VIP Winners Reel Screening in the deluxe penthouse suite at the Michelangelo Towers Hotel.
